Und das war erst der Anfang.
Was mit 🥇 Gold und 🥈 Silber in der Schweiz begann, führte mich weiter nach Mailand und Schweden.
Drei Bühnen. Drei Länder.
Eine Reise, die für mich weit über Medaillen hinaus geht.

Why Am I Making This Comeback?
Not because it’s easy.
But because the most important question in life is not:
“What happened to me?”
The real question is:
“How do I lead myself through it all?”
This comeback is not about a bodybuilding competition.
It’s about a skill that every human being can develop:
The ability to rise again, no matter what life brings.

I'm not an expert on the perfect life.
I'm an expert at getting back up.
I've been living with cancer for over nine years. Despite that, I've decided not to hit pause.
My journey isn't about illness.
It's about self-leadership.
About resilience.
About the nervous system.
And about the question: how do you live a full life even when you have reasons not to?
